Yoga Class Info.

Friends Annual Meeting
The Friends of the Library will be having their Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 25th, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the 2nd floor Conference Room. They will discuss the past years accomplishments, the upcoming years plans and elect the new board. All are welcome to attend.

Mindfulness/Meditation Class Info.
Feeling stressed? This class will teach you techniques on how to relax by using your mind and body. This class meets once a week on Fridays for 1 hour, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. in the 2nd floor conference room. Sept. 5th through Dec. 12th. All are welcome to attend. SBIC at the Library
Senior Benefits Information Centers (SBICs) help adults age 60 and older, and those caring for the elderly, achieve a better understanding of Medicare health plans and prescription drug coverage. Information and counseling is provided about different types of government programs, including federal and state financial assistance programs, and county-wide benefits. This program is offered through Westchester Library System and meets at the Ossining Library 2 thursdays a month.
