Homework Help @ the Library

Nov 18, 2019 | Children's Room

Nowadays, the homework our children are bringing home seems a lot more difficult than when we were growing up. Don’t fret! The library is a great place to get the help you may be looking for.

Every Monday through Thursday, from 3:30-5:30 pm on school days, we have a free homework help program. Students up to 5th grade can bring their homework to get help from a teacher at the library.

Can’t make it to the library?!? We also have some great e-resources available with internet access.

Tutor.com, located here, is a fully online tutoring service. You can get help with more than 40 subjects including Math, Science, Social Studies, English, and other Languages. Tutor.com immediately connects your student with a live teacher.

Our Britannica suite is a great tool for special projects. Britannica offers sites for elementary, middle, and high school students. It also offers a site in Spanish for Spanish-speaking families.

The library offers many more e-resources for learning. Make sure you take a look our learning resources page for more.
