Let the library help make schoolwork a little less stressful.

For students in grades Kindergarten to 6th. Drop-in from 4pm-6pm.

Beginning Monday Sept. 14, 2026. In the 1st Floor Meeting Room. Only on school days. 

Pumpkin Palooza

Children can let their creativity shine as they design their very own festive pumpkin to take home. While supplies last.

For children ages 3-12.

Dress Up Fun with a Stuffie!

Children are welcome to bring a small stuffed animal and dress it up in one of the available costumes, or they can create their own with the available supplies.

For children ages 6-12.

Monster Mystery: Whodunit at OPL?

The haunted library has become the scene of a crime. Kids put on your detective hat and interview the monsters to find out which one is the real fiend.

For children ages 8-12.

Boo-lingual Storytime

Children will enjoy bilingual stories, songs, and rhymes followed by Trick or Treating around OPL.

For preschoolers, with a grownup.

Mother Goose Time

3D Creation Station

For children ages 8-12.

Children will learn how model 3D objects using TinkerCad. When finished, they’ll send the items to our 3d printer to see them come to life!
