Gelato Night

Join us for some Gelato in celebration of Italian Heritage Month!

All ages are welcome to attend: families, adults, teens and children.

Gelato–which translates to “frozen” from Italian–is a frozen treat from Italy which was originally created in the 16th century. Historians are not sure who originally invented it, but one of the most popular versions of the story is Bernardo Buontalenti, a native of Florence, created a form of the modern gelato.

Enjoy gelato in a cone or a cup at the library! Yum!

Minecraft Tournament

For ages 8-12.

Escape room action!  Crafters got 45 minutes to escape from a puzzle filled mansion in Minecraft! The players who find the most points take home prizes.

Haunted House

Visit the OPL Children’s Program Room on the night before Halloween. But beware! Who knows what you’ll find there!?!
