Vote Information - Ossining Public Library

The Library Bond Vote will be held Tuesday, September 16 from 7am to 9pm at the Ossining Public Library.

Voting Information

To request an absentee ballot, voters must complete, sign, and return the original application to the attention of the District Clerk at 400 Executive Blvd., 2nd Floor. Upon receipt of a completed, signed application form, the District Clerk will mail the ballot.

Any application for an absentee ballot must be received by the District Clerk at least 6 days before the vote if the voter wants the ballot mailed to them.

If it’s less than 6 days before the vote, it is recommended that the voter stop by the District Office in person during business hours, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, to submit a completed application and pick up a ballot.

Registration is ongoing in the district all year long (except holidays and weekends) at the District Office during business hours (8:00 AM-4:00 PM) and in the main office at each of our schools during school hours. Forms are available in both English and Spanish. The deadline to register for the OPL bond vote is Thursday, September 11th.

If voters need to check if they are registered, they should contact the Westchester County Board of Elections online or by phone at 914-995-5700. Voters can also contact the Westchester County Board of Elections to change/update their personal registration information.
